We offer our services at medical aid rates and we submit the claim on your behalf.

  • We work with most medical aids, but we are not contracted with any medical aid. Thus if your specific option requires you to go to a Designated Service Provider (i.e. you are network locked), you will be treated as a cash patient.
  • Please note that not all medical aids pay for all procedures, therefore even though we charge medical aid rates, you will still be liable for the outstanding amount.
  • Example: If you need a root canal, but your specific medical aid does not cover root canals, we will still charge you according to scheme’s rates but you will be liable to pay for the full root canal.
  • Submitting a claim on your behalf is a courtesy we extend to you. However, we want to clarify that we are not accountable for understanding the specific rules of your medical aid. It remains your responsibility to be informed about what expenses your medical aid covers.
